About the Golf 4 Kids Topgolf Outing
Annual Golf 4 Kids events support The Salvation Army’s youth programs in Indiana. The 2018 Golf 4 Kids Topgolf Outing is designed as a fun way for people of all ages to give back while experiencing one of central Indiana’s newest attractions. Topgolf, which opened its first Indiana location in Fishers in late 2017, is a multi-tiered golf gaming facility offers challenges for both the experienced golfer and first timers. This event is more than just fun, though. It raises funds to help send kids across Indiana to Hidden Falls Camp, The Salvation Army’s 706-acre camp in the rolling hills and woods of southern Indiana. These amazing camp experiences give kids a chance to get out in nature, challenge themselves, and make lifelong friends. You can learn more about this very special place by visiting hiddenfallscamp.org.

How is Topgolf different from regular golf?
Topgolf is played on a multi-tiered, curved structure with an open side that faces rolling greens. Targets spread across the greens are used for a variety of games, but players get to tee off from the comfort of temperature controlled bays. Plush couches, cold beverages, and a lunch buffet are available throughout the play, and personal Salvation Army bay “caddies” will assist with score keeping in each 6-player bay.

When and where is the Golf 4 Kids Topgolf Outing?
The outing will be Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at the brand new Topgolf facility in Fishers, Indiana, just east of I-69 at Exit 205. For more about Topgolf of Fishers, check out this page.

How do I register? How much is it?
Online registration is now available here. The individual registration fee is $90, but if you register as part of a team of six you’ll have your own private bay for the entire event. There are a limited number of spots available, so players are encourages to register early, especially if you would like to nab your own 6-person bay with a team registration. Registration is open now and closes at midnight on June 8.

What will the money raised be used for?
The Salvation Army is committed to Doing the Most Good for those in need across Indiana, including children who dream of going to a real summer camp with activities like archery, swimming, mountain biking, and high ropes courses. Money raised by the Golf4Kids Topgolf Outing will be used to support programming at Hidden Falls Camp and make sure that every child who wants an incredible camp experience has an opportunity to go.

What is the schedule for the outing?
Registration starts at 11:00 AM, so arrive early to get your goody bag, check out the silent auction in the Club Room, and settle into your bay. Golf play starts at Noon, at which time the lunch buffet opens behind the bays and golfers can grab food while taking turns at the tee. At 3:00 PM we wrap up golf and gather in the Club Room to make the last silent auction bids and find out who goes home with top honors in both scoring and spirit.

How can my company become a sponsor for the event?
